​CLIENT AGREEMENT

​

1. Booking & Payment

A $200 non-refundable retainer is required to secure the session date and will be applied toward the total session fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

If Client needs to reschedule, please notify Photographer at least 48 hours in advance. Retainer may be applied to a future date (subject to availability).
Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the retainer.

3. Hair & Makeup

Hair and makeup services are not included unless otherwise stated. If hair and makeup is requested, payment is made directly to the artist.

4. Retouching

Retouching is not included unless specified. Retouched images are available at $40 per image, selected by Client from proof images.

​

5. Image Use & Copyright

Photographer retains copyright to all images. Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use final images for self-promotion, including casting platforms, agents, managers, and social media.

6. Model Release

Client grants Photographer permission to use images for Photographer’s portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. Client releases Photographer from any claims related to image use.

​

7. Liability

Client agrees to conduct themselves safely during the session. Photographer is not responsible for injury or damage that occurs during the session. Client assumes all risk of injury or loss.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, Photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

8. Agreement

By submitting the retainer and/or confirming the booking, Client agrees to these terms.​
